Abstract Equations of motion that recognize biochemical patterns are described. The equations are partial differential equations in a continuous multiple component system in which adequate initial and boundary conditions are given. The biochemical patterns are spatiotemporal distributions of multiple biochemical components that can be regarded as a continuum in concentration and mass flux. Recognizing biochemical patterns lead to a universal property of the equations, which is also mathematically demonstrated, that the devised equations are sufficient to approximate any orbits in an arbitrary dynamical system, even though that of expectedly seen in complex biological systems. This theory can be applied to also a non-biological system that can be regarded as a continuum comprised of any multiple components such as liquids, solids, and nonlinear viscoelastic materials.

Stress Patterns in Single Deck Floating Roofs Subjected to Ground Motion Accelerations
This paper investigates the induced stresses in circular single deck roofs floating on seismically excited storage tanks. Equations of motion are derived using variational principle. Response of deck floating roofs is evaluated for two different classes of ground motions; near-source and long-period far-field records. Besides time histories and frequency contents for a specific tank, peak value...

This paper presents a set of linearized equations was derived for the motion, relative to an elliptical reference orbit, of an object influenced by J2 perturbation terms. Approximate solution for simulations was used to compare these equations and the linearized keplerian equations to the exact equations. The inclusion of the linearized perturbations in the derived equations increased the high ...

In present paper acombination of three-dimensional isothermal and two-dimensional non-isothermal Lattice Boltzmann Method have been used to simulate the motion of bubble and effect of wetting properties of the surface on bubble separation. By combining these models, three-dimensional model has been used in two-dimension for decreasing the computational cost. Firstly, it has been ensured that th...

متن کاملInvestigating on the Effects of Random Irregularities of Railway Track by Half-Bogie Model
The vibrations produced by trains include two parts which are deterministic and random vibrations. Due to variation of dynamic loads and patterns of load-time, the random vibration of moving train is one of the most important issues in the field of railway engineering. One of the important sources in producing the train vibrations is rail roughness and irregularities. In this paper, responses o...
